I don't believe they use true sushi grade fish. Great sushi melts in your mouth, this did not.
Ichiban is family favorite for lunch /dinner specials with your choice of 2 or 3 entrees. Excellent preparation and delicious food. I personally don't eat sushi /sashimi anymore so cannot comment.
Really inconsistent. We have been here a dozen times and each time something goes wrong, but the service is so slow you can’t complain or you’ll never eat. Take out is also a problem as they have never gotten our order right, always forgetting 1 or 2 items. The fish is usually fresh but that doesn’t really help when they can’t bring the right items.
The food is really fresh and tastes delicious. The chefs are really kind and the waiters are very nice
There should be something happens in this restaurant after they cancel the happy hour. I used to dine in here many times. It took me over half an hour to get my food. The service is bad and they said they prefer 15% tips on the receipt. The manager did nothing but just run around. They even placed a wrong order for me. I ordered 2-item dinner special combo with shrimp tempura and chicken teriyaki, but they gave me vegetable tempura and beef teritaki and no rice. I don't know what they are doing. Give up here.
