Wow so oil change here is $18 more than at the dealer? That's just insane and customer service over the phone was horrible. Advise if you don't like giving customer service don't answer the phone.
Friendliest car wash in town--they also do a very good job. Have been going there for two decades for wash, oil change and check-ups which they offer with the Executive package (if I remember correctly). Only once did the rainbow wax dispenser not turn on. Recently they are recycling their water.
I got the mini detail ($95) and they didn't even wax or put any sort of protectant on the inside or outside of the car. Car still had some dirt around the car that I just took off with a rub off the towel. They did shampoo the carpets... Only thing they did well. They were supposed to call me when it was done and they didn't either.
They broke a very expensive pair of sunglasses that were in the door pocket of my car. Refused to take responsibility and were very disrespectful informing me that they had plenty of business and didn't need mine. I highly recommend using Crescenta Valley Carwash which is less than a minute down the road. They actually act as if they like their customers and offer a clean area for customers to wait for their car. Foothill Carwash is more than content to allow you to sit in a filthy pigsty while you wait.
I seem to not learn from my mistakes. Terrible service at car wash. My car was left for 10 minutes stuck in wash with soap. Water spots galore. Guess they don't have enough workers to get cars out. Eagle rock car wash and car wash on Colorado and Rosemead Blvd highly recommended. Worth the trip compared to this place.
